1. Introduction about the waves, and currents of the ocean on the beach selected.
2. Instructor will discuss and demonstrate how to do a proper stance during pop-up and standing.
3. Student will practice their pop-up stance to gain confidence before getting into the water.
4. Perform warm-up and stretching exercises to prepare for the actual practice on the water.

โข INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS โข
1. Assessment of the current skill and experience of the student
2. Orientation about the waves, and currents of the ocean on the beach selected.
3. Refresher on reminders of safety and health protocols
4. Perform warm-up and stretching exercises before paddling through the waves.
5. Paddle with power and ride the waves! ๐
